Terms and Policies

1. Its Recording Time Media RESERVES the right

keep all media (audio, images, and video) shot at the event. Some media may not even be released.

2. All content created by Its Recording Time Media is the property of Its Recording Time Media. Duplication of the content, in part or in whole, is prohibited; unless given prior written permission by

 Steven Alvarez

3. If you ask us to take a PHOTO or VIDEO of you and if we find you RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, or IN A WAY WE DON'T LIKE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING! And because you DIDN'T PAY US, so we don't owe you anything.

4. Its Recording Time Media honors all rules and polices at the event we're attending.

5. Upon granted an APPROVED Press Credential, Its Recording Time Media is granted all access to film all Q&A Panel Sessions without being interrupted by Staff and Volunteer members during the duration of the session. If they say we can't BEFORE the session we will honor the request.
